Registration is now open. Registration will close
when participant cap is reached or on June 13, 2025, whichever is earlier.
The registration fee is $200 and includes the reception on Monday evening and daily coffee breaks.
If you wish to bring a guest to the Monday reception, please contact the LOC at exoplanets@unm.edu.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email (exoplanets@unm.edu). Please note "cancellation request" in the subject line.
Fees will be fully refunded until June 13. No refund from June 13 onwards.
Organizers are not liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are applying for travel support (presenters only, with priority given to early career researchers),
don't register until you are notified regarding a travel award. Please note that we have very limited funding for travel support.
